Terms of Service

We provide tools to build surveys, collect responses, analyze data statistically, manage academic research, and export reports.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

Do not use the service unlawfully, to send spam, to collect data without proper consent, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the platform.

The following may not be published anywhere on the platform — in surveys, posts, profiles, messages or uploaded files: political content; sexual or pornographic content; content offensive to any religion or religious belief; and content that discriminates on the basis of race, ethnicity or national origin.

This applies both to what you publish and to what you ask others to submit. A survey question that solicits prohibited content is itself prohibited.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive users. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech and content that degrades or targets another person are prohibited, and so is any attempt to intimidate or silence another user. Anyone may report content or block another user from inside the app; reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours, and accounts responsible for objectionable content are removed.

We may review any account following a complaint from another user, or where we observe a breach of these terms or of our policies.

Where a breach is found we may remove the content, restrict features, or suspend the account. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent suspension.

If your account is suspended, credits held for an active recruitment campaign are frozen: they are not spendable while the suspension lasts, and they are not taken from you. Your wallet shows the frozen amount. If the suspension is lifted the credits return to your balance in full; if it is made permanent after any appeal, frozen credits are forfeited. Credits already earned by respondents are theirs and are never reversed. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund of money already paid, which is governed by the Refund Policy.

We will tell you what rule we say you broke. If you think we are wrong, reply to that message or write to [email protected], and a person who did not make the original decision will review it. We aim to answer within 14 days, and we will restore the account and anything removed if the appeal succeeds.

You own the surveys, responses and data you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process them solely to provide the service to you.

Credits are an internal balance used to pay for platform features and to reward survey respondents. They are not money, carry no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank, or exchanged for currency.

A respondent who completes a paid survey receives credits and may spend them on platform services like any other user. Receiving credits does not make a respondent an employee, contractor or service provider of ours or of the survey owner.

Respondents take part on their own account. Because credits cannot be converted into money, we do not treat them as income and we do not withhold or report tax on them; where your own circumstances make that relevant, it remains yours to handle.

When you fund a recruitment campaign the whole budget leaves your balance immediately and is held. Each completed response pays its reward from that held amount, and when the campaign closes anything never earned returns to your balance.

Paid plans and credits are billed as described at purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The platform, its software and brand are owned by us. These terms grant you a limited, non‑exclusive right to use the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
