Refund Policy

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have 14 days from the purchase to cancel and be refunded, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent law. Nothing below reduces that.

For digital content this right ends once supply has begun with your consent. Using a credit is that moment: you asked us to supply it, and it was supplied. Credits you have not used stay cancellable for the full 14 days.

Separately from the right above, and for everyone including business customers, we refund any purchase within 7 days of the purchase date provided the credits have not been used. No reason is required.

Using a credit consumes it — on a platform feature, or by holding or paying it out as a respondent reward — and a consumed credit cannot be returned to us. So if the purchased credits are used at any moment, that purchase is no longer refundable, even inside the 7 days.

Purchases that do not grant credits follow the same 7-day window from the purchase date, and the statutory right above applies to them in the same way.

The amount paid is returned to the original payment method. Once approved, the refund is issued within 14 days.
