You can delete your MSN Forms account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion
In the app or website, open Account, then request deletion — or email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and act on it.
What is deleted
Your profile, surveys, collected responses, uploaded analysis files, research studies and references, and your credentials are permanently removed.
What we may retain
We may keep limited billing, tax and security records where the law requires, in a restricted form, and anonymized statistics that cannot identify you.
Timeline
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request. Backups are purged on their normal cycle.
